NEW CLIENT - INITIAL CONSULTATION BOOKING PROCESS 

1. Submit the Application Form & Waiver (CLICK HERE)

2. Once your form has been received, Motivate Dog Training will contact you to confirm they can assist you with your issues or goals

3. Once you have received confirmation from Motivate Dog Training, proceed to book in your Initial Consult with Gemma or Brendan

NOTE: 

  • Packages, Private & Rural Lessons can only be accessed to book online after an Initial Consultation has been completed
  • Home Visits or Board & Train cannot be booked online. Send us a message or application form if you wish to book in for these services
